*RESERVE* Costa Rica Geisha - Winey - Floral
Coffea diversa Geisha Winey is a specialty green coffee from Biolley, Puntarenas, Costa Rica, produced by Coffea Diversa / Gonzalo Hernandez. Coffea Diversa is known for cultivating rare coffee varieties, including Gesha, in one of the most diverse coffee gardens in the world.
This limited Geisha micro-lot highlights what makes the Gesha varietal so sought after in specialty coffee: rarity, complexity, and a distinctive cup profile. Geisha is known for its tall, slender trees, elongated beans, and low yield, which makes it less common and more selective to produce. Through the Winey process, this coffee develops a refined profile with floral, fruity, honeyed, and cocoa-like characteristics.
